Unclaimed Parcels

If an order is not collected by the Customer and the parcel is returned to the Seller, without the Customer having previously notified the Seller of their withdrawal from the contract, the Seller may refund the purchase price of the item less the reasonable costs actually incurred by the Seller in connection with the original shipment and the return of the unclaimed parcel.

Failure to collect a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a valid withdrawal from the contract.

This provision does not limit any statutory rights of consumers under applicable law.

- Order number
- Your name
- Your address
- Date of receipt of the item
- Date of your withdrawal request
